| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counselling and emotional support to students to promote their mental health, social-emotional development and overall well-being.
- Identify students’ social, emotional and behavioural needs and provide appropriate support and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and school leadership to support students’ individual needs.
- Develop and deliver activities or programmes to promote students’ well-being, resilience and positive relationships.
- Maintain appropriate counselling records and follow school safeguarding and confidentiality policies.
Requirements
- A degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Social Work or a related field.
- Relevant experience in counselling, student support or working with children and adolescents is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and student-centred approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.
- Experience in an international or bilingual school environment is an advantage. |
