Job Description: The position of Learning Enhancement Co-ordinator is part of the team that forms the link between the Class teachers and the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the Co-Principals/ the LE Co-ordinator’s major function is to help ensure the smooth running of the Special Educational Needs Program and Gifted Program within the school. The role works closely with teacher and parents to ensure continuity of programming.

Specific Competencies
1 Ensure the staff has a sound understanding of the policy, is implications and it’s the impacts on the students within their class
2 Be timely in the reminder of aspects of the policy document - testing and modifications
3 Liaise with EAL coordinators / team leaders to ensure delivery of programs compliment each other
4 Update and keep relevant the policy on Learning Enhancement Western Curriculum
