| Job Description: |
Major Responsibilities:
• Support individuals and groups to help them learn.
• Establish an effective and purposeful learning environment in partnership with the teachers and other colleagues.
• Support teachers in assessing the needs of individual children.
• Observe, record and feedback information on pupil performance.
• Assist in creating materials for curriculum delivery and display boards.
• Support and facilitate group activities.
• Support and facilitate one to one teaching and interventions.
• Assist with behavior management within and outside the classroom.
• Supervise pupils in the playground, dining hall when directed.
during the school day (appropriate level of English is required).
• Attend meetings as and when required.
• Ensure that all school policies and procedures are adhered to and carried out effectively.
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required by the ECE Leader. |
| Job Requirements: |
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• A bachelor's degree or above is preferred (English/early childhood education related major).
• Solid understanding of child development.
• Experience of working with children at least two years
• Experience in supporting children’s social/emotional wellbeing is an advantage. |
